Sponged yellowware "shouldered" jug, probably Ohio or Minnesota late 19th century.

See Ketchum figure 74 for two similar jugs, circa 1890-1930. "Though rather ordinary looking, these late-form jugs are hard to find."

Generally excellent condition, small old chips and one large chip on neck. See photo.

No restoration.
